Step 5. Put a damp towel over the bread pan and leave it for an hour.
Step 6.Punch it down. Cover it again with the towel and leave it for an hour.
Step 7. Once it has risen put it in the oven at four hundred degrees convection bake. Leave it there for thirty minutes.
Step 8. Take it out and when you tap it, it should sound hollow. Now you have completed the recipe on how to make bread.

Well done, Sinead. This recipe is well explained and the blurb you wrote inspires me to bake it. Next time you do a recipe, try to give the temperature in Celsius rather than Fahrenheit.
ReplyDeleteHi Mr M.
DeleteThank you for the comment. Next time I will do what you said to make my recipe BTB. I did want I know the right temperature just I couldn't find it.
Hi Sinead,
ReplyDeleteThis is a great set of instructions.I like how its very easy to follow. I will have to try and make it at home. Maybe next time you could include more pictures so we can see what the recipe is meant to look like.
Have you tried getting someone else to follow them?
