If you are midfield then you stand a bit behind the strikers. Your goal is to feed the ball up to the strikers. There is also defence and goalie. The defences job is to get the other team and the ball away from there end and the goalie goalies job is to save the ball from going in the goal and is you are the goalie then you are allowed to grab the ball with your hands.

There are also many reasons why you should play this amazing sport. If you practice soccer you are not only practicing one thing but many like teamwork and sportsmanship and loads more stuff. Soccer can also give you lots of exercise. Unlike lots of other sports, with soccer you do not need much equipment and you can make your own goals so soccer is quite cheap. Soccer is the most common sport in the world and it's not hard to find out why. There is an average of 3.5 billion people in the world that play soccer.

If you want to get into soccer then just go to your local soccer team. There might even be a soccer team in your school. If you can’t find a soccer team suitable, then ask around. With how much people play soccer in the world someone is prone to tell you where to go.
